We are focused on building safe and efficient grease vacuum machines in Dallas and beyond for the quick removal and storage of used cooking oil from fryolators. We fill a market niche for commercial kitchens whose fryers are too far away for the traditional piping or manual transport systems to work safely and cost-effectively. Since the GreaseVac is mobile, the extracted oil can be quickly transported away from the kitchen. Since the unit also acts as a temporary used cooking oil storage unit; the user does not need smelly and hazardous outdoor Grease barrels or use interior space for this messy need.

Our Product
The Grease Vacuum Dallas is a mobile machine that quickly and safely vacuums used cooking oil from fryolators. Then, the machine is rolled into a storage area inside your facility where the oil is maintained in a liquid state via an internal heating element. The used cooking oil is temporarily stored inside the machine for later removal via your Oil collection service’s pump-out truck. We have two models available: one unit stores 75 gallons ( approximately 10-12 fryers’ worth of Oil ) and the larger unit stores 110 gallons of used oil.

Essential: Draining, extracting and removing old cooking oil in commercial kitchens is an essential function in commercial kitchens. The Fryolator is a portable-mobile machine, which helps transport cooking oil long distances to be drained.

Piping systems cannot transport the used cooking oil long distances because the oil will cool and clog up the pipes. Cleanliness: No spillage should occur inside the kitchen while using the GreaseVac as a waste oil container; thereby providing a safer and cleaner kitchen. The Outdoor grease barrels are normally very dirty because the process of transferring the oil into the barrels inevitably causes spillage. This spillage attracts bugs and rodents, is a fire hazard, is messy and it smells awful! This ugly stigma gives a poor public impression of the eating establishment. Many communities are even outlawing these outdoor barrels.
Storage: Other Grease removal systems require either an inside tank or an outside barrel. These old systems are smelly and an eyesore, not to mention a bug magnet as well! Cooking Oil Removal Vacuum FAQ
Q: What types of used cooking oil will your cooking oil removal vacuum, GreaseVac, handle?
A: All types. Used Vegetable Oil, Lard, etc.
Q: How often does the GreaseVac need to be emptied?
A: It depends on the number of fryers in your establishment and the frequency you dump the old cooking oil. The 75-gallon unit stores about eleven 50lb fryers worth of used cooking oil. The 110-gallon unit stores about 16 50lb fryers worth of oil. So, for a kitchen with four 50lb fryers that dump oil about once per week, the unit would need to be emptied in about 3 weeks’ time.
Q: How do I determine which model GreaseVac is best suited for my establishment?
A: The most important consideration is the amount of space within the kitchen. Smaller kitchens are usually like smaller machines. Our most popular model is the smaller 75-gallon unit.
Q: Will my current grease collection company be able to pick up my used cooking oil?
A: Probably. To extract and dispose of the used cooking oil from the machine, the GreaseVac requires a truck with a Vacuum or Pump capability. Most metropolitan areas have Service Company providers that operate these types of trucks. If not, we will assist you in finding a company that can service your needs.
Q: How fast will it suction out the oil from a 50lb fryolator?
A: In 30 to 40 seconds.
Q: Do I have to wait for the used oil to cool before removing the oil from the fryer?
A: No! The wand is specially designed to remain cool during use. Since you can immediately vacuum out the oil while it is still hot, the establishment can save time and money. Be sure to turn off the fryer before vacuuming out the oil!
Q: How easy is it to roll when full?
A: The four heavy-duty swivel casters are designed to allow for a person of average weight/build to move the GreaseVac. If there are significant inclines along the path, a second person would be a good idea.
Q: How big is the unit?
A: The 75-gallon model is 44” long (with handle) by 25” wide by 48’ tall. The 110-gallon model is 9” long and all other dimensions are the same.

- Historically, after 6 years, most machines will begin having problems. By exchanging units before breakdowns begin to occur, the user will have a more continuously reliable machine with minimal downtime and hassle.
- Over time, the internal tank begins to fill up with crumbs and other waste byproducts of frying. We have found that is normal that up to 1/3 of the tank is full of solids which causes other problems:
- The machine fills up much more quickly. This is less efficient for both the user and your Grease Removal Company
- Internal float rods stick in the “up” position causing improper sensor readings
